Senior Rust Engineer
We're building the operating system for video production. Our Rack turns any room into a broadcast-quality studio -hardware we design, software we write, shipped to companies who want to produce content without a production team. The core is Rust. We need someone who can own large parts of it.
Requirements
- You've mass-produced Rust in production for years and mass-produced opinions about it
- You think about software architecture before writing code -and you're often right
- Real-time systems excite you (video, audio, low-latency, the works)
- You're in Paris or moving there -this is an in-person team
Nice to Have
- Experience with video/audio pipelines, codecs, or streaming protocols
- You've shipped consumer-facing products and obsessed over the details
- You're learning to use Claude Code, Codex, and the latest AI models
